Quinoa

Cucumber

Kale

Hemp Oil

Bragg apple Cider Vinegar

Bragg Nutritional Yeast

Pink Himalayan Salt

Cayenne Pepper

Spirulina Crunches

Edible Nasturtium Blossoms

Edible Yu Shoi Sum Flowers

This is my favorite dinner that I can eat every day, it is so easy to make and very nutritious. I used everything organic and moste of the produce come from my local farm.

Directions:

Cooked 1 cup of quinoa grains in 1 cup of pure water for 5 min. Turn off and keep the cover on for 5 min so can get soft. Place in a bowl and let to air out. Add spices and hemp oil, apple cider vinegar, mix all in. Place kale leaves on a plate, then sliced cucumber, quinoa mix, sprinkle some spirulina and arrange the flowers on the top. Easy, pretty and so satisfying! Enjoy : )
