Happy First Day of the Spring Raw Vegan Sandwich
raw cracker
organic baby arugula
organic baby tomatoes
organic fresh corn or frozen
organic cucumbers
organic avocado
Cayenne pepper
pink Himalayan salt
Raw Crackers:
3 organic carrots
1 organic pepper br/>
1 organic onion
2 TBS sunflower seeds
½ cup Thai young coconut meat or shredded coconut
½ Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
1 Tsp Bragg Nutritional Yeast
Process the veggies in a food processor, place in a mixing bowl add sunflower seeds, spices and bit of water, mix well. Spread on a parchment paper and dehydrate for 6h on 110 degrease, cut into squares and dehydrate until crunchy and cracker like. Store in a glass container for about 10 days. Great for sandwiches, with raw soups or salads. Enjoy ; )
