Happy First Day of the Spring Raw Vegan Sandwich

  • raw cracker
  • organic baby arugula
  • organic baby tomatoes
  • organic fresh corn or frozen
  • organic cucumbers
  • organic avocado
  • Cayenne pepper pink Himalayan salt

Raw Crackers:

  • 3 organic carrots
  • 1 organic pepper br/> 1 organic onion
  • 2 TBS sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Thai young coconut meat or shredded coconut
  • ½ Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 Tsp Bragg Nutritional Yeast

Process the veggies in a food processor, place in a mixing bowl add sunflower seeds, spices and bit of water, mix well. Spread on a parchment paper and dehydrate for 6h on 110 degrease, cut into squares and dehydrate until crunchy and cracker like. Store in a glass container for about 10 days. Great for sandwiches, with raw soups or salads. Enjoy ; )
