
Eating healthy high raw vegan diet is not hard. I start my day with fresh juice or smoothie made from organic greens, veggies and fruits. I may also have chia pudding with fresh made nut milk or just fresh fruits. For lunch I always have huge salad, I love salads. And for dinner I have cooked veggies with another salad or a wrap or soup ( raw or cooked) For a snack a have a smoothie or raw desert or raw chocolate. I also drink plenty of pure water and some herbal teas.
