Olenko’s Favorite Healthy Vegan Organic High Raw Dinner

I love summer and my little garden on my patio! My first tomatoes this season, so excited! Everything else from organic local farm, so fresh and yummy!

Guacamole:

avocados

tomatoes from my garden

basil from my garden

cilantro from my garden

parsley from my garden

raw garlic

raw onion

organic lime

pink Himalayan salt

cayenne pepper

Kale Salad:

organic kale from local farm

white cabbage

cucumber

hemp seeds

Bragg apple cider vinegar

chia seeds oil

Organic Quinoa Salad :

red quinoa

raw macadamia nuts

Bragg nutritional yeast

Bragg apple cider vinegar

black pepper

cumin

paprika

pink Himalayan salt

Cook quinoa for 5 min then let it steam for another 10 min. Transfer it to a big salad bowl, let it cool down  and add all other ingredients. Serve with organic sweet peas shoots on the side. Enjoy : )
