Make fresh juice with organic :
carrots
apples
ginger
lemon
beets
Raw ice cream is made in the Vitamix or high speed blender with organic:
spinach
brazilian nuts
water
cinnamon
raw honey
banana
Mix all, put in the glass container and freeze it overnight. Serve with fresh juice. Garnish with kale micro greens and blueberries. So yummy on a hot day : ) enjoy!
