Olenko’s Green Quinoa Salad

  • 3 cups cooked organic white quinoa
  • 2 organic tomatoes
  • 2 TBS raw pignoli nuts
  • 2 TBS organic chia seed oil
  • 2 TBS Bragg Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBS Spirullina powder
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Bragg Nutritional Yeast

Serve your salad with raw figs, apple, baby tomatoes, fresh sorrel and fresh mint. Enjoy : )
