So today is November 19th 2014 and it’s my birthday. Another year, another adventure!
I am so grateful for my life, family and friends. Life blesses me every day with amazing gifts of nature, love, compassion, wonderful friends, animals and magic. Life it’s a celebration, so celebrate like it’s your birthday every day. Remember to be in the moment and enjoy every minute! Dance, love, jump, smile, breath, forgive, relax and be happy. This cake is all raw vegan and law fat, made of organic fruits- my favorite! Perfect for kids, it tastes like sorbet.
Yellow- 3 very ripe organic bananas and mango
Purple- 2 cups of organic blueberries and 2 cups of organic raspberries
Red- 3 cups of organic cubed watermelon
Mix each color in the Vitamix and place in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes. Then mix the next color and let it set and then do the same thing with the last color. When ready to serve decorate with fruits and herbs. I used fresh organic figs, blueberries, raspberries and basil. Yummy : )Enjoy!
