To make healthy, refreshing and easy water you will need fruits and herbs. Fruits like, orange, lemon, lime, apple, strawberries or any other berries, watermelon, pineapple, kiwi, cherries, plums, peaches, etc… Herbs like: rosemary, basil, thyme, oregano, mint and sage, etc.. Cucumber works great too. Cut fruits, put in pure water, add herbs. If you want you can add some Thai Young coconut water to make a natural hydrating power drink. Refrigerate for few hours or add ice cubes. It taste great! Very nice on a hot summer day : )
* Adding few drops of Young Living essential oils to your water also work great. Oils like: Peppermint, Lemon, Grapefruit or Citrus Fresh blend. It helps with stomach problems and cool the body down during hot summer days.
