Olenko’s Magic Dragon Raw Ice Cream Float

To make a raw-pineapple-spinach ice cream float you will need organic spinach, pineapple, almonds and fresh made grapefruit-orange juice, you can ginger and lemon too. Is very easy : )  And here is the recipe:

1 cup almonds (soaked for 8h or overnight)

½ cup of organic spinach

½ cup of fresh cubed pineapple

1  cup of pure water

2-3 dates

cinnamon and cardamon to your taste

½ cup raw honey or maple syrup

1 tbs of coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract or pure powder

pinch of  Pink Himalayan Salt

Ice Cream Base:

Soak and drain the almonds. Mix almonds ( soaked overnight) with pure water then add other listed ingredients. Add cubed pineapple, organic spinach, cinnamon and cardamon to your taste. Mix well. Put it into ice-cream maker and follow the instructions or pure it into glass container and freeze it for 6h or overnight. Make a fresh grapefruit-orange juice juice, you can add fresh mint, lemon and ginger too, pure it 2/3 into the glass, add raw raw-pineapple-spinach ice cream. Top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
