
Wash organic chickpeas and soak them in pure water overnight. Wash them and put them in the sprouting jar, change the water twice a day. They should be ready in 1-2 days. When they are ready rinse them in pure water and put them in the Vitamix or other blender. Add water, mix all, add more water. Add a pinch of Kalahari salt or Himalayan Pink Salt, pinch of cayenne pepper, black pepper, raw garlic, Bragg nutritional yeast, fresh lemon juice and raw tahini. I also add Young Living Lime essential oil, it makes the hummus taste so fresh.
