- 1 Persian cucumber
- 1 large Nori wrap
- sunflower macro greens
- organic spring greens
- tomatos
- avocado
* Cut all the veggies and roll in the Nori wrap, cut in a small pieces
Raw Zucchini Hummus :
- 2 small zucchinis
- pure water
- walnuts
- cayenne pepper
- fresh lemon juice
- raw Tahini
- sea salt
- raw garlic
- cumin
* Mix all in the Vitamix, serve inside organic tomato
