- organic baby arugula

Raw Crackers:
- 3 organic carrots
- 1 organic pepper br/> 1 organic onion
- 2 TBS sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Thai young coconut meat or shredded coconut
- ½ Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- 1 Tsp Bragg Nutritional Yeast
Process the veggies in a food processor, place in a mixing bowl add sunflower seeds, spices and bit of water, mix well. Spread on a parchment paper and dehydrate for 6h on 110 degrease, cut into squares and dehydrate until crunchy and cracker like. Store in a glass container for about 10 days. Great for sandwiches, with raw soups or salads. Enjoy ; )
