Multigrain homemade vegan pancakes made with raw Brazilian nut milk, cinnamon, coconut oil, organic papaya, banana, goji berries, date, fresh mint and coconut with organic maple syrup on the top

Product Description

Multigrain homemade vegan pancakes are so easy to make.

You will need:

1 cup flour of your choice ( for this recipe I use multigrain mix, but you can use buckwheat, quinoa, rice flour)

2 TBS baking powder

1 cup  raw Brazilian nut milk ( just mix 1/2 cup Brazil nuts with 2 cups of water, for smooth texture process in a nut bag)

2 ripe bananas

1/3 tsp  cinnamon

coconut oil for the pan

Toppings:

organic papaya

banana

goji berries

dates

fresh mint

shredded coconut

maple syrup

Directions:

Place the flour, baking soda, milk in a mixing bowl, mix well. Add mushed bananas and cinnamon. Heat a frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Put 1/3 tsp coconut oil. Pour a heaping spoonful of pancake batter onto the hot pan, and cook until bubbles form. Then flip to the other side. Makes about 8 pancakes. Serve with fruits and fresh mint and maple syrup.
