Almost a year ago I signed up with www.mikesorganicdelivery.com from Greenwich CT and every Tuesday I get a delivery from this organic farm with whatever is freshest and tastiest right to my door. This great service provides me with just picked taste and freshness, allowing me to eat what is in season, when it is meant to be grown. I also like to know where my food comes from. For me healthy eating is very simple, just eat as much fresh greens, vegetables, fruits, a little of nuts, superfoods, fresh herbs and some healthy oils. Eating local and organic is the key to healthy and nutritious diet.
