Olenko’s Salad with Purple Cauliflower and Figs

This salad is so delicious, yet so easy to make, great for the holidays. The key is to have fresh, organic ingredients from your garden or from the farm.

Salad

• organic lettuce
• organic purple cauliflower
• organic raw figs
• organic onion
• organic cucumber
• organic blueberries

Papaya- Tomato dressing

• fresh organic papaya
• fresh organic tomatoes
• dry figs
• fresh basil
• splash of pure water
• cinnamon
• cumin
• pink Himalayan salt
• fresh lemon juice

Mix all in the Vitamix or high speed blender, serve the dressing on the said of the salad. Enjoy : )
