In a glass bowl soak 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in 1 cup of pure water for about 20 min. It will get thick, mix with a spoon. Add to homemade hazelnut milk, mix well. Then add fruits, buckwheat and oats. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top. Great, energizing raw breakfast. Enjoy : )
*Homemade raw hazelnut milk is so easy to make at home. Use 1 cup if organic raw hazelnuts, soaked 5-6 hours, in the Vitamix mix them with 4 cups of pure water add 5 dates or agave with 1tsp of pure vanilla liquid extract or powder and dash of cinnamon and cardamon. Blend together until smooth, then use a strainer or cheese cloth and strain the milk. Store it in the fridge for 3 days. I also love to put few pieces of dry cardamon in my milk. You can use the leftover pulp with your chia pudding for breakfast too if you like a thicker taste.
