Fruits are my favorites. They are so great as breakfast, raw and easy snack on a go, as desserts and in smoothies or juices. Healthy diets rich in fruits and vegetables may reduce the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases. Fruits provide essential vitamins and minerals, fiber, and other substances that are important for good health. Most fruits are naturally low in fat and calories and are filling. Fruits are natural candy. I am always so inspired by amazing colors, textures and shapes of fruits. Mother Nature is full of surprises. I keep my fruits on the counters in big bowls and I like when they are ripe and sweet. What is your favorite fruit?
