Homemade miso soup

For cold winter day nothing tastes better then homemade miso soup with nori and bunapi and enoki organic mushrooms.

Ingredients:

1 package of enoki organic mushrooms

1 package of bunapi organic mushrooms

2 cups of organic greens like spinach or kale

1 cup cubed organic tofu

chopped scallions

Nori sheets

organic miso paste to your taste

cayenne pepper to your taste

fresh lemon juice

pink himalayan salt to your taste

6 cups of pure water

 

boil the water. Add mushrooms and tofu. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add greens. Add tofu and scallions. Serve with pieces of Nori sheets.
