Olenko’s Chia Seeds Breakfast

  • organic chia seeds
  • organic gluten free oats
  • pineapple
  • homemade almond milk

Homemade raw almond milk is so easy to make at home. Use 1 cup if organic raw almonds, soaked 8-12 hours, in the Vitamix mix them with 4 cups of pure water add 3 dates or agave with 1tsp of pure vanilla liquid extract or powder and dash of cinnamon. Blend together until smooth, then use a strainer or cheese cloth and strain the milk. Store it in the fridge for 3 days. I love to put few pieces of dry cardamon in my milk. You can use the leftover pulp to make raw cookies or in your chia pudding. If you add the pulp to your chia and oats it will make it thick. Enjoy!

Chia seeds– soak 1-2 tbs of organic chia seeds( black or white) in 1 cup of pure water for about 30 min, they will get thick. You can soak the for a longer time too, then add them to homemade almond milk. Add pieces of pineapple and gluten free oats. You can add any other fresh fruits. Enjoy : )
