Olenko’s Kitchen at Lord & Taylor Benefit for American Cancer Society

Published : Tuesday, October 4th, 2016

Last Friday on September 30th 2016, as a part of Lord & Taylor benefit for cancer, I did a smoothie demonstration from my cookbook, Raw Food Art. It was called “Let’s Do Something Good Together!” charity for American Cancer Society. The Lord & Taylor shoppers really enjoyed my smoothie samples and were very interested to find out about the benefits of eating plant based diet.

As we all know, fresh, organic fruits and vegetables are very important in cancer prevention and treatment. When someone is trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in the diet, the most fun and the fastest way is to have a green smoothie for breakfast or lunch. Here are three smoothie ideas for you. Remember that possibilities are endless! Try to experiment and have fun in your kitchen!
