Olenko’s Raw Avocado- Cacao Mousse

Both avocados and cacao beans grow in Cuba and are powerful super-foods. This mousse is so yummy that is hard to believe is made with avocados. Kids 😛 love it : ) adults too!

2 ripe avocados

1 ripe banana

1 teaspoon raw coconut nectar 

2-3 pitted dates soaked for 30 min

½ cup raw cacao powder 

3-4 drops of Young Living Peppermint essential oil ( optional )

fresh mint

coconut shreds

edible flowers

In the Vitamix or food processor, blend avocados and banana until smooth ( you may have to add a splash of pure water). Add all other ingredients, blending until mixture is smooth. Chill for about 30 min in the fridge or in the freezer. Garnish with edible flowers and fresh mint. Enjoy : )
