Olenko’s Raw-Vegan-Fat Free Oatmeal Christmas Cookies

Green Cookies with Spirulina

  • 1 cup gluten free raw oats
  • 3-4 ripe organic bananas
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of ginger powder
  • ½ lemon -juiced
  • 2 TBS organic spirulina powder
  • 2 TBS raw sunflowers seeds
  • 2 TBS raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 TBS raw sesame seeds

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl starting with smashing the ripe bananas with the fork, then adding the rest ingredients. Mix until smooth, add the gluten free oats at the end. Form cookies with your hands and place on the parchment paper or teflon sheets. Dehydrate for 5-6 hours on 115 F then flip it over and dehydrate until crisp, about another 2 hours. Store them in the fridge for 3 days or you can freeze them. Great for breakfast with fresh juice or smoothie. So easy and yummy : )

Orange Cookies with Goji, Mulberries and Cherries

  • 1 cup gluten free raw oats
  • 5 very ripe organic bananas
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch or cardamon
  • pinch of ginger powder
  • ½ cup organic goji berries
  • 2 TBS organic dry cherries
  • 2 TBS organic dry mulberries

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl starting with smashing the ripe bananas with the fork, then adding the rest ingredients. Mix until smooth, add the gluten free oats at the end. Form cookies with your hands and place on the parchment paper or teflon sheets. Dehydrate for 5-6 hours on 115 F then flip it over and dehydrate until crisp, about another 2 hours. * If you don’t have dehydrator you can eat them like this or put in the oven on the lowest setting for 15-20 min. Enjoy : )
