Olenko’s Watermelon – Strawberry Chia Drink

  • cubed watermelon
  • strawberries
  • chia seeds
  • pure water
  • lemon juice

Soak chia seeds in pure water for 20 min. In the Vitamix mix cubed watermelon with strawberries. When smooth add to chia mix, squeeze lemon juice, mix with spoon and enjoy. You can put the drink in the fridge to make it cold. Very refreshing! Great for breakfast, after yoga class, on the hike or a hot day : ) Enjoy!
